Really sexy broad rimmed ladies vintage fashion hat circa 1950's. Black with velvet ribbon accent and tulle netting, size 22 1/2. Mabley & Carew was founded in 1877 in Cincinnati Oh. and has a long history in the mid-west fashion industry. This Co. manufactured and represented fine clothing including Shiaperelle.
