Like new, rarely worn, fabric is mint. High waist, leg cut outs. Can be worn as a stirrup under the arch or higher on the calf as a cut out style🙂 Fabric is amazing, 91 nylon, 8 spandex, 1 cotton... kinda like swimwear. Medium but fits a small as well. Inseam 20”
