@chatcheri There is no strap, only the handles. As for the size I believe it is considered a medium, but several of my attached photos show sizing with a measure for your assessment. If you need an additional measurement please ask.

@shopgirls102 Pic uploaded....awaiting PM review. There is no fraying on the handles as I have seen in some other listings. There are some creases and discolorations, which might even be by original design...I am not sure.
