MZ USA button down, light blue w/ filigree, M

Only a select few are able to pull off this MZ USA button down. Can you? It has black filigree and shiny pinstripes for interest. Would look great under a leather jacket, but even better under the right cardigan. EUC, collar is still stiff. All buttons are present and secure.
