ohemmadeer Tattoos are wonderful, aren't they?! I love mine & have plans to make that a full sleeve and also get my thigh tattooed & the tops of both feet. I haven't needed any touch ups yet on any of my tattoos. Find a good artist that you love and does a good job & it's totally worth every penny! Thanks for sharing!! @jblacombe! 👍😘

Some of my tattoos don't have meaning at all (some I just got because I liked the way it looked, like the stars on my foot) - I feel that you don't always need a reason for a tattoo and if you appreciate the art form, that's good enough ☺️ My peacock sleeve that I'm working on does have a lot of symbolism though. I have my grandparents names tattooed, flowers that my boyfriend always buys me, flowers to remind me of pets, flowers that are based off of my own photographs, and the peacock is a reminder to myself of pride and beauty, something I've always had trouble seeing in myself.

skyscraper Love your tattoos. I am working on my sleeve right now. I just got rainbow bright tattooed on the back of my shoulder. Love it! I was born in the 80 s and the cartoons were so much better then:)

badjad Your tats are beautiful! Got my first at 18 then second at 25 and another at 26. Now 37 and have been contemplating a sleeve. Had one designed 7 years ago but they didn't have a clue what I was looking for... The design turned into an armband more than a sleeve. So I am holding out for the right tattoo artist which will probably be a fiend back in Phoenix since I live in WI.

imtheheppest @ohemmadeer I have a Texas longhorns symbol on my left shoulder blade, a Su-Fi on the right (I was a big Dane Cook fan back in the day lol)..those are my two crappiest tattoos and the ones id love to cover up with something beautiful. I have an anchor on my left forearm in memory of my Papaw who passed away in 2009 and a peace sign above it that had attempted to have been fixed when I got the heart and key on my right forearm. I just recently last year for my birthday got Darth Vader on my right arm, which I eventually would like to continue on into a Star Wars sleeve. Next, my mom and I are going to get tattoos in memory of my Nanny who passed away in 2012. She actually loved it when we got our anchor tattoos, so I think she'd get a kick out of us getting tattoos for her ❤️ I have so many other ideas and not a lot of space because I'm so small lol.
