MY STORY strapless yellow hi/low dress

Bright flowing dress sure to capture attention. Elastic seam which provides stretch, tiered in front and long in back. Dress still has dry cleaning tag. Measured across the elastic and approximately 15”with about 4” inches more of stretch. From elastic top to bottom of front hem approximately 26” and back approximately 46” long measured from elastic top. Dress has belt hoops but no longer have belt, tied a scarf on dress so you can see how extra cute with a tie. Top part of dress is lined.
