@kerawin Yes, the elastic waistband is 24 inches around. Seam to seam, measured from the bottom of the pockets, the hip is 24 inches across. Length is 35 inches

How relaxed or stiff would you say the elastic in the waistband is? (As in, how stretchy and forgiving.) Thank you!

@kerawin It probably has about 2 inches of give in it. It’s a thick, good quality elastic, so it won’t really stretch more than that with wash and wear.
