MSK off-the-shoulder romper

This romper is a size 8, color navy. It has wide-legs and ties at the waist, zips up the back. As seen in the pictures, the arms are off-the-shoulder. The piece is super comfortable and can be worn to formal events- I’ve loved wearing this outfit but it’s ready for a new home!
