MSK Pleated Blouson Halter Dress

A softly draped bodice nips in at the waist with an elastic waistband and skims over the hips with a twirl-worthy chiffon pleated skirt. Size 6, however elastic waistline is very forgiving; can easily fit size 8. This dress was worn just once for a special event and is in like-new condition with no signs of wear.
