MSK Navy Polka Dot Dress

MSK pretty navy a-line dress with white polka dots. Features mini polka dot trim around the waist and neck that creates a flattering empire waist under the bust, flouncy skirt with ruffle at the bottom. Trim is also added around arms and back of neckline. Dress length is 36" from shoulder to bottom hem, skirt is 24" from waist to hem. Waist measures 16" across when lying flat, bust is 18" across. Poly/spandex blend with some good stretch, size 10.
