magjay35 @patti2003 yes give me a few to do this for you. I do know that the waist is an elastic band. I am out of town so I need to see if I can find something to measure those items for you.

magjay35 @patti2003 the waist is 14 inch without any stretching of the elastic. The inseam is 28 inches. That is for the sheer cover of the pants. The inside layer is 2 inches shorter. Let me know if you need anything else. I can get these in the mail tomorrow if you let me know before 10 I will be headed out around 11.

magjay35 @loveamy025 the email I got said that the reduced shipping was only good for 6 hours. I am not sure if you tried to buy them during that 6 hours. You can contact support and tell them you did but it wouldn’t let you buy them with the reduced shipping.
