MSK Blue Wrap Embellished Blouse size petite large

This is an MSK petite size large top in blue and white with black embellishment beads. There’s clear iridescent dots all over it that makes it shimmer in the light. It’s a wrap front dress stretchy material. This shirt does have shoulder pads, but they can be taken out if you don’t want them Pit measures approximately. 24 inches but stretches to about 27 inches comfortably. The shoulder to the bottom is about 23 inches.
