MPG Neon shorts with built in briefs size small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shopshopshop321. Loved it, but too small for me. For reference, my waist measures 27” and my hip/glutes measure 38” in circumference. I normally wear a size Medium in most athletic pieces, but thought I could fit into these 🙈 Never worn since purchasing from Posh, only tried on. No flaws or stains. Questions? Leave a comment below!
