MONROW navy & white stripe 100% cotton dress. THE cutest dress! Keyholes at wrists. Curve-hugging. I usually paired this with red Keds for a more "sporty" look or flat Volcom sandals. Mid thigh-length. No rips, no tears, no stains (aside from very slight discoloration in a couple spots on the rim of left wrist hem).
