hello, what are the measurements for the shoulders and sleeve length? does the fabric have any stretch? thanks

@haemomo Across the back from seam to seam is approx 14 1/2 inches. Sleeve length taken underside from underarm to wrist is approx 20 1/2 inches. It is not stretchy.
