MODVEL Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Desk Chair -Memory Foam Back Cushion NEW

I bought the entire set of seat cushion and back but only used the seat and never use this back lumbar support as I have another kind in use already. There’s a slight tear, not sure how it got there.
