Off the top of my head, I can think of at least six different ways to wear the shrug, and I’m no longer a shrug person! For being a piece that is almost 20 years old, the stitching is still pristine. The make up of the ruffled neckline lays perfectly, and the sleeves have a slight bell to the bottom indicative of the early 2000s. What more could one ask of a tie front shrug?
