What is this made of, is it taffeta? Is it a stiff non stretch fabric? Did you cut the hem when altering? Love the color.

@gabzam not sure exactly what the material is, it is somewhat stretchy, and yes I hemmed it slightly to fit me (5’4 + 4 inch heels)
