These gorgeous and well made pants have some stretch (see photos). They can be adjusted via snaps in the hem to wear with flats or heels. I have a 29 inch inseam and when snapped, these hit just below my ankle, so perfect with flats. Roomy thru butt and thighs, but high waisted. I have a bit of a bell and prefer a lower rise, so I found them a little too constricting thru the waist. These were worn one time and are in perfect condition. Smoke and pet free home.
