Gold & Black sequins with black high waist band. This skirt sit high on waist the bands hits below bust and it hits above knee. It hits mid thigh on me. Tag reads Medium but I feel it's sized small. Measurements: waist band 27" and 20" long. So measure high around your ribs for waist and measure down 20" from that point to see where it hits in length.
