Reposhing this item I purchased from @jes2770. Loved it, but did not fit. See photos for approximate measurements. This is a lightweight raincoat. It’s missing one of the sleeve belts at the end of the sleeve. The other one can be easily removed if not wanted. Might have storage smell. I don’t have smell sensitivity but appears very minor.
