Brand New Mary Kay Velocity Blue Chill Eye Color. This color is such a pretty silvery frosty blue color. This is a cream eyeshadow and has a shimmer to it. This is rare and discontinued, so it is hard to find. Each one is listed separately, but I have a couple available for purchase. I also have the Mint Chill color which is a pretty frosty green.
