MIlLOU Blouse/Poncho

The top has amazing detail and designs. Sheer, over sized, pleated, embroidery and very light knit sheer sweater in some portions. I wore it once, I am going to list one size as it really is. I wore this to dress up jeans but it would be great with leggings or even shorts making it transform into a cocktail/evening outfit.
