MIU MIU VINTAGE navy silk babydoll dress with tie

Too small for me! Deodorant markings at the armpit, but haven’t spent a lot of time trying to remove. The dress comes with a silk tie and I can’t figure out where it goes exactly. Maybe around the waist or bust? It’s such a cool dress and incredibly rare.
