Great condition, likely from the 1990’s or later. Tweed with colorful pansy print. Button front closures. Some photos show one cuff rolled up so the lining is showing. No issues, but you may want to dry clean. I’ll leave this up to the buyer. Measurements laying flat and unstretched: 36” from bust down to hem. Total length 22” Tag size 38
