MISSONI Striped Knee-Length Dress, Italian size 40 (4), fits like a 6, Host Pick

Amazingly beautiful and unique dress by M Missoni. It's marked as a US equivalent of a size 4, however it runs large and fits like a 6. There is one noteworthy call out and that is a teeny hole that I sewed. I created the hole myself lightly (so I thought) scrubbing out a small stain. It's virtually unnoticeable, but see the pictures. I've circled it in green both up close and from a distance so you can see. It is about 1/4" total length. See pictures for measurements.
