MINT, NEW, NEVER READ Ghost Rider #9 & 10 Comic Lot, Marvel 1990 w/X-Factor

Up for sale are NEW, NEVER READ Ghost Rider # 9 & 10 Marvel comics from 1990. I bought these new way back in 1990, never read them, put them in bags with boards and stored them away. I'm not a professional grader, so please look at the pictures to see if you agree with me on their condition. I believe these are near mint to mint. Like I said, they've never been read and are new. Crisp clean glossy covers, good edges and corners. These comics feature X-factor and reintroduce Johnny Blaze. I will ship with the bags and boards. I collected many many comics over the years and I am slowly putting them up for sale. Almost everything I have is new, unread, been stored in bags with boards since I bought them.
