These boots are mid-calf and are fitted with a full zipper on the side. There are some scruffs on the heels of the shoes but besides that, they are in great condition. They are an EU 38 and a US 8. I am a true US 7.5 and they fit me perfectly. The measurements are; Heel: 3.5" Platform: 1" Boot Height: 12" (heel to top) and 8.5" (sole to top)
