100% rayon skirt black with tiny white flowers and polka dots never worn and new condition. Waist has stretch in back waistband and a zipper closure. It’s a flowy skirt which can be dressed up or down. It’s adorable. Only reason for selling is I gained wt before I got to wear it! Machine wash cold and gentle.
