mfcohen12 Hey! I just ordered and received this dress, and the zipper doesn’t zip all the way up. It gets stuck about halfway. Is there any way you can send me a new one that zips?

jgfashiontrends @mfcohen12 I’m really sorry to hear this! I actually checked the zipper before sending! I check all my items before sending for this exact reason. Unfortunately because the transaction is complete and the three days is up. Posh will not grant a return and provide us with shipping labels.
