Has frayed hem, long slit left side, bought new but never worn, but has been washed. Waistband has a little stretch in it, length is about 29” from top of waistband to hem. Jacket is for sale in my closet, but not the hat unless you want to make an offer on this entire outfit. Sure would look cute with some brown boots!!
