MICHAEL Michael Kors button up + zipper dress

deep navy blue with silver embellishments make this dress casual but with an edge! worn maybe twice, it is in great condition. it is one size too small for me but i had to have it. because of this it gathers in my shoulders and constricts my arms or id be keeping this! also has two pulls on either side of the buttons as the waist to cinch!
