The short sleeves have elastic in the ends to give them more of a puffy appearance but aren't tight. The fabric is 95% rayon and 5% spandex giving it a little stretch. This blouse is very forgiving and would flatter most body types. The measurements are approximately 21" pit to pit, 25" total length and 6 1/2" sleeve length.
