This does come with the matching belt. Inspired by the upscale beach resorts of Australia, this dress is a blend of chic and chill. The deep v neckline is framed by a flirtatious ruffle and the sleeves have a romantic oversize puff. The hemline is also ruffled. The dress has a nipped in waist cinched in by the matching belt and slim hips. Despite being relaxed and “kicky” it has a glamorous hourglass silhouette.
