MEXICAN HALTER DRESS turquoise 1970's 70's M

Turquoise aqua colored cotton halter dress from Mexico. Back metal zip closure. The bust has a cotton lining. The midsection lace is sheer. I am 34B, and this is too big for me on top. There is also a couple extra inches down the side seams that can be let out to get additional room. Currently, bust is approximately 37", underbust seam is 28.5" (where the bust cups meet the top of the lace). Waist is 28", hip is 46". It's 34" long from the underarm to the bottom edge.
