❤️MERMAID❤️High-Waisted Skirt Halloween Costume

Worn only once! This is just the skirt!! Super cute, high-waisted mermaid skirt. The bottom tule is slightly imperfect and frayed, after being worn once. See photos! There is not a size on this, but it fits like a medium. See measurements: 45 inches from top to bottom (I am 5’4’’, and this fit me perfectly). I was also probably 160 pounds when I wore this. Top hem is 10 inches, but there is a lot of stretch to fit a normal size waist. Widest part of skirt where the sequins are is about 16 inches.
