Men’s size medium High Seas foul weather hooded rain jacket. Coat sleeves have adjustable inner elastic cuffs, reflectors on sleeves, shoulders and hood, it has a two way zipper, collar has soft outer lining, two front velcro closure pockets. All elastic parts are tight, velcro and zippers are in great working order. No rips or tears. Machine wash/line dry. Great condition with normal signs of wear. Shell is 100% nylon, backing 100% PVC, lining 100% nylon. Reasonable offers considered. Approximate measurements when laid flat: armpit to armpit: 27 inches, sleeves - armpit to end of cuff: 21 inches, overall length 31.5 inches.
