MELISSA MASSE tunic with embroidered lips/wings

The shirt is a heathered black/white Wide neckline (potentiality can be worn off the shoulder depending on fit) Sleeves are a little longer than a short sleeve possibly intended to be rolled up or left down Hard to measure armpit to armpit because it has a dolman cut and stretch but I am gettin approx 28” the way I am measuring. Shoulder to hem I’m getting approx 29” . Tags on bag not item
