nestmaker Apart from a few exceptions, in my closet you will most often find shoes sized US 8.5 and 9. My pants size is 30/31. Tops in M, L and XL and dresses and other items sized 8, 10, and 12.😊

nestmaker I found an running app very helpful for jump starting my lifestyle change. Its called 5k and it told me when to run and walk and for how long. The app made it so easy for me to just lace up my shoes and do what I was told. The beginning workouts ease you into running and make you see how it IS possible to become a runner 😊 I actually just celebrated my 1 year of running anniversary! Who knew!
