Beautiful ME&EM cotton/ silk blend blouse

Beautifully soft, cotton and silk blend blouse from the British designer, ME&EM. Button down with a frill around the neck and down the one side in the front. Deep button cuffs. Fabric is a lovely, off-white, light, pink and beige stripe. Great for layering, or alone. Worn once and in EUC!
