ME+EM Black Velour Long Sleeve Collared Shift Dress. Size US 4. All black long sleeve shit dress fit with collar and pearl accents at chest and sleeve cuffs. In excellent condition, only sign of wear is the cuff is missing one pearl (see last photo). I'm unsure if this is velvet or velour but it's giving all the soft feels!
