MCM Vintage Old Forester? Marigold Carnival Glass Thumbprint Whiskey Decanter

In good condition. Color is a marigold/light amber. I believe the brand is Old Forester, but I’m not familiar with how to be sure of identification. There are a few places where the glass is slightly foggy. Light scratching on the circle on front of bottle. Please see all photos and let me know if you have any questions!
