MCM Delft Hand Painted Tile w/ Orig Frame

Beautiful hand painted tile from probably late 40's early 50's Dutch or Milton? I have not taken off the backing to see what is on the tile itself yet but will probably do so because if Milton it is worth 10xs just a random tile Either way it is a beautiful piece of art and a really great old frame. 12" x 12" in frame and tile is apx 8" x 8"
