Delightful discovery- HTF mid-century modern "Imperial" (or Showstopper) Cream Pitcher. Made in California by Vernon Ware (a.k.a.Vernon Kilns) Vernon Ware's "Imperial" pattern, also known as "Show Stopper" was produced by Vernon Kilns for a very short period from 1955-1956. Exterior: Glossy black glaze decorated with the classic white-line abstract floral elements and a scattering of dots or "stars". Interior: glossy white/cream glaze Measures 3-1/8" diameter & 4-1/8" tall., 10ounces. *All measurements are approximate. Excellent Pre-owned Condition; no chips, no cracks, no stains, & no crazing.Minor surfaces scratches typical for a vintage piece of this age. Sold As-Is.
