Exterior pocket for cellphone, interior zip pocket, 2 slip pockets and elastic pen holders. Gorgeous color combination, silver hardware and front tassel. Four bottom feet. Strap still in plastic. Tiny knick to top of bag (see last photo), barely noticeable
