This beautiful dress features a tassel tie in the front and elastic waist. It is fully lined and flows beautifully! It's the perfect holiday dress and can be dress up with a cardigan or worn just by itself! Gently preloved with no tears but I did find one small soiled area on the right shoulder that could come out in the wash! (see pictures) From a smoke free home. Flat measurements included in pictures.
