MAX MARA 100% silk long sleeve blouse top NWT leaf

Max Mara weekend blouse. 100 % silk with a lovely floral print and a detachable silk tie. Size reads as 16 (?) but it fits me well and I wear mostly mediums or around size 6/8 so please view measurements because it seems its misrepresented on the tag, no issues brand new tags attached.
