Church to tea, add a a wide brim hat for that out door baby shower.... Feminine lines softly gathering on sides , colorful pink and lime dots on soft black. Fabric is polyester with Lycra to give some stretch. size 6/8. skirt is very room, waistline sits on hip. Top has wide shoulder straps with sweetheart line.
