evboett93 @elena238 hmmm... I wore it in both but I suppose it depends on where you live. I'm from South Dakota where it easily gets into the negatives during the winter so I would add a heavy scarf and be dressed warm underneath or grab a different coat. If it doesn't get that cold where you are, I'd say it could be both. 😊 Hope this helps, I ramble with my thoughts sometimes 😳
