This dress is spectacular! The shop where it was sold was iconic years ago in Lubbock , Texas. Women from all over Texas sought out Margaret of Lubbock designs. It closed in the early 90’s. The dress is midi length, strapless, with a sweetheart neckline. It zips up the back and has smocking at the top. The fabric is a 100% cotton multicolored vibrant floral. Gorgeous! Full skirt.
